Resort Rules

• Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed at the property.
• Office ID, Non-Govt ID’s and PAN Card are not accepted as ID proof(s).
• Passport, Driving License, Aadhar and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s).
• Property staff is trained on hygiene guidelines.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Outside food is not allowed in property premises.
• Allows private parties or events.
• Quarantine protocols are being followed as per local government authorities.
• Local ids and Unmarried couples are not allowed

Cancellation policy:

• 15 Days prior to Check-in: No cancellation charges.
• 15-7 Days prior to Check-in: 50% of the full amount would be charged as retention.
• 7 – 3 Days prior to Check-in: 75% of the full amount would be charged as retention.
• 72 Hrs. Prior to Check-in / No show: 100% of the full amount would be charged as retention.
• 100% package value is payable on reduction of stay 72 hrs prior to Check-in.
